see relatedIt's Better When You Ignore My Existance.
Life doesn't start new with the rising of the sun,
Yesterday doesn't go away, it just goes into memory;
You can't erase the past, what happened last,
But you can choose to forget, to sweep it under the rug.
Don't come running to me when you realize the truth,
I'm not your shoulder to cry upon when life makes demands;
You see the world in colors I'll never understand,
But I see memory in clarity you will never comprehend.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I don't expect any sort of praise for this. Just a few quick thoughts written in some form of structure to make it look like poety, but it's not. It's just thoughts that will go nowhere, especially not to the person they're aimed at.
[we were better of pretending the other doesn't exist]

so i'm not allowed to praise the last two lines of this? cause i really liked them.
@the_giant_I - I never said you couldn't, I just said it wasn't expected. I'm glad something I wrote had meaning for someone, at least.
@the_giant_I - i agree, the last lines were very good.
@thomas_michael - thank you.
me too, I really like the last two lines
any block of text, pictures, blank space can be called poetry
@jzrocker - yes, that's the concept that irks me. But thank you.
